Drawing on Ballard Estate’s storied past and London’s design ethos, the space encapsulates a narrative of heritage and modernity.
The architectural intervention adopts a minimalist style, prioritizing clean lines and spatial clarity.

Central to the design is the restored skylight, a hallmark of the building’s original structure. Beneath the skylight, a vintage coffee machine, displayed on a bespoke island counter, serves as a striking focal point- a sculptural element that pays homage to the history of coffee while anchoring the seating area.

The interior layout is thoughtfully organized to balance functionality and experience. The ground floor is divided into three distinct zones: the sales area, which welcomes patrons; the seating area, designed for comfort and connection; and the kitchen, strategically relocated to the mezzanine level to optimize the spatial footprint.
